7- **Service Continuity**: You agree that the service may not last for a full year, and your subscription may end earlier without a guarantee.
8- **App Reinstallation**: You can format your device and reinstall the apps on the same device without any issues.
9- **Refund Policy**: Once the request is made and the subscription fee is transferred, the subscription amount cannot be refunded due to Apple’s policy.
10- **Subscription Transfer**: If the device is damaged, lost, or sold, the subscription cannot be used on another device, and a new subscription is required. We can provide a discount coupon to activate the subscription on your new device.
11- **New Packages**: In case of deletion or addition of new packages, we rely on the amount you paid to determine the package and its conditions.
12- **Fee Changes**: If service fees change, the prices of packages and services in the store will be adjusted accordingly.
13- **Account Responsibility**: Apps and games contain tools from developers, and we are not responsible for account bans.
14- **Data Loss Responsibility**: FlyApps is not responsible for the loss of conversations or data, notification malfunctions, or the appearance of ads in some apps and games.
15- **Registration in Auxiliary Sites**: Some games and apps may require registration in auxiliary sites.
16- **App Usage Responsibility**: Using modified apps and games is your responsibility, and we will try our best to clarify.
17- **Device Compatibility**: Ensure your device is compatible with the apps, games, or jailbreak before subscribing.
18- **Certificate Policy**: If Apple revokes the certificates, you must renew the subscription.
19- **Money Transfer**: The store is not responsible for any transfers made to unofficial accounts. Please contact us before making a transfer.
20- **Unacceptable Behavior**: Disrespect, insults, or defamation will result in expulsion, ban, and subscription cancellation.
21- **Violation of Terms**: Violating any term may result in the termination of your subscription, and a new subscription will be required if you wish to return.
22- **Service Termination**: If we are forced to terminate our services for any future circumstances, paid amounts are non-refundable.
23- **Agreement to Terms**: Submitting your request and transferring the subscription amount means your agreement to all terms, conditions, notes, notices, and the complete site policy.
